Pipe Burst on main floor of Hamilton, OH Home

After a pipe burst on the main floor of this Hamilton home, water rushed throughout and even went through the floor to affect the ceiling of the basement. Once our crews arrived on-site, they had to immediately remove the ceiling drywall and insulation to stabilize the situation. Once they had all of the wet material removed, the next step was to extract the water on the main floor and then the basement floor.

It took quite a bit of air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure the proper drying of this residence but our trained professionals followed IICRC guidelines to make that happen. After 3 days, this house was dry and these homeowners were so pleased with our work that they asked us to do the re-build.
