Carpet can be a sponge

As most of you know, carpet can act as a sponge when water penetrates it. These homeowners found water coming through their bedroom walls after a storm came through the area. Like most people, they were unsure of what they needed to do. They knew they did not want their carpet to start to smell from the water. So they called us, SERVPRO of West Hamilton/Oxford to come in and handle their situation like the professionals that we are. 

Our crews were able to pull their carpet back and dry it in place in order to save the homeowners money. After the carpet was dry and a nice good deep cleaning, it was back to the way it was before.
