Flooded Basement in Trenton, OH Home

After a hot water heater busted, this basement was flooded with water and sat that way for at least 6 hours. The homeowners came home from work to find this disaster but they knew exactly what to do. That was to call us, SERVPRO of West Hamilton/Oxford to come in to do their water cleanup.

Within the hour, our trained professionals arrived on site and immediately began extracting the water. The water had sat for several hours causing them to have to remove a lot of drywall to ensure proper drying of the studs in the walls. Once they set the drying equipment our crews arrived on site daily for 3 days to ensure the structure was drying properly.
